Choosing the right towbar?
Flange towbars and swan neck towbars are the two most common types. Flange towbars are generally used on commercial vehicles for towing, more commercial type accessories can be fitted to these and the base flange neck cost is slightly less, Swan neck towbars have a sleeker design to flow with the vehicles bumper and a smaller profie, they are still able to have most of the accessories that are used within the leisure sector fitted to them such as cycle carriers, cargo boxes etc…
The fitment is usually exactly the same and takes the same amount of time to fit to the vehicle, so costing is not that different.
