We only book out to an individual not to a company (Unless an account is already been set up with us).
Our trailers are only for hire in mainland UK only. They cannot be taken abroad due to the new law where the trailer must be registered to the owner. This cannot be done as a temporary registration.
Please note, all payments must be made by credit card. Unfortunately, Cash or cheques cannot be accepted.
No deposit required, however payment in advance is required to book the trailer,
Please present the following – Photocard Driving licence, card you have secured the trailer with and two forms of identification, i.e. Recent Gas/electricity bills with address, to correspond with driving licence, failure to do so will result in no hire agreement.
If you need to purchase a number plate you will also need to bring the V5 registration document.
All trailers are supplied with locking head and wheel clamp.
Ratchet straps are available at extra cost.
Trailers can only be returned to us during our opening hours, and must never be left outside of the premises unattended.
A visual and written examination of the trailer is done during the hitch up process, this is then signed for by the hirer, if the trailer returns with any damage not mentioned on the check sheet this is fully chargeable to the hirer. The trailer should be returned in the same condition as it was hired, if returned covered in mud / oil / litter, then there will be a charge for cleaning.
The hirer is responsible for the hitching and connecting the trailer, and will be assisted by a member of staff to ensure they are capable of unhitching/hitching whilst on hire.
